Landlord Safety Testing

We can offer a range of testing for landlords to ensure that properties are maintained in a safe condition. During a change of tenancy it is essential to assess any damage or remedial work required to an electrical installation before new tenants arrive.

We recommend that an inspection is carried out prior to the end of tenancy to ensure that the outgoing tenant has not caused any damage or alterations that require remedial work. This allows any repairs to be completed quickly without delaying a new tenant.

During the inspection we complete a full visual inspection of the installation, complete all testing required by BS 7671 wiring regulations and provide a full report and recommendations for any remedial work including a competitive quote.
